Both. Your plan grants its credit allowance to your wallet at the start of every billing period, and that is what normal use runs on. A document check is 4 credits per 15 pages, an SOP or LOR draft 5 credits per draft or refinement, a mock visa interview 20 credits per interview and a Deep Scan file audit 40 credits per scan. If a busy month uses up the allowance, top up at any time: $12.99 for 100 credits, $39 for 350 and $64 for 650. Unused plan credits do not carry into the next period; top-up credits you purchase never expire.

A client whose file is still in progress. Approved, Rejected, Closed and On Hold files don't count. If a busy month takes you over your plan's limit, you can keep adding files for 14 days, then close finished files or upgrade.

Rilono AI reads every document you upload so the assistant, checks and audits can use it. Each plan includes a monthly reading allowance, one read per 15 pages. If it runs out, uploads are still stored and marked Not read yet until the allowance refreshes. A paid document check reads the file itself and never uses your reads.

Yes. Each form has a shareable link you can put on your site, socials or ads. Submissions land in your Leads inbox with their utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or referrer recorded, and you can pause or rotate the link at any time.

AI shortlists use saved catalog records maintained by Rilono, and catalog entries carry the date they were last verified where recorded — a filter narrows the catalog to verified entries only. Tuition and fee figures are estimates, so always confirm on the university's own admissions page, which recommendations link to where one is available.
